BLUR THAT BACKGROUND BABY!

This is really one of the easiest technique you can learn and yet
the outcome will look awesome given the correct execution.

1. On a Nikon SLR or any other SLR camera, with all your current settings in place, turn the Mode Dial to A, for aperture.

2. Crank the Command Dial clockwise to get your lowest possible value in aperture mode. Mine can go as low as f/5.6

3. Now your ready to shoot! Choose a subject. The subject should be far enough from it's background to effectively execute the effect.

4. Keep your subject near you and zoom in.

5. After you have set your framing, press the shutter. And get a life =)
